Yes, absolutely! We don’t charge delivery fees in midtown and downtown Toronto. We charge a flat fee for the rest of the GTA.
We offer a curated selection of seasonal bouquets that we deliver to most areas in the Greater Toronto Area. To verify an exact address, enter the recipient’s postal code here.
We are growing fast, so check back soon if your postal code is not currently in our delivery area!
We deliver Monday – Friday between the hours of 10am – 6pm.
We don’t deliver on the following days:
New Years Day
Family Day
Good Friday
Victoria Day
Canada Day
Civic Holiday
Labour Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve after 12pm
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
*If Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Canada Day, or New Years day occur on the weekend, we don’t deliver the following workday.
We love surprises as much as you do! However, it would not be much of a surprise if we are unable to deliver the florals. Plus, the phone call is quickly forgotten once they receive their florals. The phone number helps us ensure a smooth delivery.
Yes! We love additional information such as:
– Ok to leave at the door
– Additional recipient phone number: 647 111 1234
– Door code: 1234
We want to make sure you and your recipient are FloraHappy, however, we cannot accommodate all requests. Here are a few examples:
– Please call prior to delivery – we only call upon arrival if we are unable to make contact with the recipient.
– Please deliver before/after x:xx. – we cannot guarantee specific time of delivery.

Florasent is a flower delivery service that was created to make sending flowers easy. We offer fresh, seasonal floral bouquets starting at just $48 with an option to personalize each bouquet with a note from a sender. We offer free delivery within downtown and midtown Toronto.
We make it simple. Pick your florals, tell us when and where to send them, and write a personalised message. That is all there is to it. We will take care of the rest to make sure you and your receipt are FloraHappy!
We are an e-commerce business and take all our orders for delivery online through our website. However, you can have the florals shipped to yourself! Once you receive them just take them out of the package and present them in person.
Our bouquets do not usually include a vase. However, if a bouquet comes with a vase it is noted in the product description.
Our florals come pre-arranged and ready to be placed in a centrepiece vase, or wrapped for a handheld bouquet. However, if you are looking for a personalized experience we recommend you reach out to www.bloomsstudio.ca.
Yes, we do not require an account to place an order. We do strongly recommend that you place an order through your account as it will be easier to track the order. You will also be able to save your information for easy ordering in the future.
There could be a few reasons why you cannot select a specific date:
– We have reached the maximum amount of deliveries for that day.
– It is past the cut-off time for the selected delivery day.
– We are closed on that date. Although we try to limit the amount of days we are closed, we do observe certain holidays.
If you are seeing the following message under shipping details, it means that the specified address is outside our delivery area:
“There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

Sure thing! We require a Toronto based recipient address so we can deliver the florals. If you are having issues placing an order please reach out to us at contact@florasent.com.
Of course, however, we only accept a single receipt for each order. You can send multiple florals, either as separate bouquets or by combining them into one larger bouquet, to the same recipient. If you would like to send to multiple recipients we recommend you place separate orders.
When in doubt check your spam folder. If you are a gmail user check your Promotion or other tabs. If you still have not found the confirmation email please reach out to us at contact@florasent.com

First, log on to your account. Once you are logged on click on ‘My Account’ in the top right corner. You will be taken to your Dashboard where you will be able to update your addresses and account details and view past orders.
We use Stripe to process our credit card transactions. We do not see or store any credit card information on our servers. For more information on Stripe security please click here
